Sleek Condo w Pool & Gym |Central Uptown

The location was great, especially for those without a car. Public transportation was very close, and Whole Foods and restaurants were about a 10-minute walk away. However, the apartment is close to the airport and a busy road, so there is noticeable traffic and airplane noise. If you are sensitive to noise, this may be an issue. The kitchen appliances, washing machine, and dryer all worked well. However, some dry food items, such as tea and oil, were expired. We also had some issues with access information. The building entrance was difficult to find, and the key-fob and pool codes were only provided after we contacted the host. A package was marked as delivered but could not be located, so we had to cancel the order. On the positive side, Marco was extremely attentive and helpful whenever we contacted him, which we appreciated.

Great place for an extended stay, needed a good spot to stay at between clinical rotations, and this place did the job and more.

Pretty poor experience. The water went out, the power went out, and the elevator was down for several days in the same week. The communication around these things was poor, likely because they had to be funneled through the actual tenant. Marco also showed up unannounced to talk with me. The reason was justified but no notice was off putting. The ice from the refrigerator had black spots and the disposal smell was horrible. The vents are also very loud. The good things are the location-it’s super walkable. They give an initial set of products that are very useful for the stay. There are pots and pans and such. Marco is also a pleasant communicator. I also appreciate that they allowed me to modify my reservation so I didn’t have to stay.
